Our Core Service
£250 per annum for the core service of holding a key and a weekly check
* Shorter periods by agreement

 

Ad Hoc Tasks
* Ad Hoc tasks are negotiated based on an hourly rate

Our ad-hoc Fees are dependant on the level of service you require, the time of day and day of the week. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 18.30. Out of hours assistance is available at a negotiated rate.

property maintenance ,retail shopping or finding a home
